Supporting Young People, Adults, and Couples Toward Healing, Growth, and Self-Understanding
Una is a highly experienced Integrative Psychotherapist, with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals and couples across a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. While her therapeutic work is integrative, it is rooted in Psychodynamic Therapy, helping clients understand how early experiences and unconscious processes influence present-day emotions, behaviours, and relationships.
Whether working with young people, adults, or couples, Una is deeply committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Her calm, grounded presence helps clients explore inner conflicts, develop self-awareness, and create more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Una offers sessions in person from her private practices in Kenilworth, as well as online for clients across the UK.
