Therapeutic Approach:

Steven specialises in Psychosynthesis, a transpersonal and integrative therapy that considers not only the psychological aspects of a person but also their emotional and relational well-being. Psychosynthesis therapy acknowledges that personal challenges can often present an opportunity for transformation, encouraging clients to explore self-awareness, self-esteem, and personal growth.

His counselling style is client-centred and collaborative, providing a non-judgemental, supportive space where individuals can freely explore their concerns. Through imagination, imagery exercises, and guided reflection, Steven helps clients to uncover deeper emotions and unconscious patterns, allowing for greater self-understanding and long-term change.

He tailors his approach to each client, ensuring that their individual needs, personality, and life experiences are at the centre of their therapeutic journey.
