About Jo Jo is a qualified BACP Integrative Counsellor dedicated to providing a kind, caring, and non-judgmental safe space for your therapy sessions. Jo’s approach is flexible and tailored to each individual because it’s your time, your space, and your future.
Based in Crewe (CW2), Jo also works with clients across the UK through online and telephone sessions. Jo specialises in trauma, mental health, relationship challenges and loss, with a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced childhood or domestic abuse and associated trauma.
Jo has extensive experience with military life and understands the unique stresses and challenges faced by serving personnel, veterans, and their families. Jo is here to listen, support, and provide the time and space you need to explore your feelings and experiences.
Jo’s Approach As an integrative and person-centred counsellor, Jo draws on various therapeutic methods to suit your individual needs. Together, you will work towards better understanding yourself and making positive changes in your life. Counselling can be life-changing, and Jo would be honoured to support you on your journey.
